Remont d.o.o Valjevo was established on February 8, 1965, as a social enterprise. It remains one of the rare companies that still operates successfully, now under the ownership of Teodosije Krstić. He acquired Remont by trading on the stock market with the sole desire to save it from decay and oblivion.

The company continues to operate under the same name, business registration number, and tax ID with which it was founded 58 years ago.
